Bates Baby Dies Early Today

James Perry Bates, 24-day-old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bates, Nevada, passed away this morning at Mary Greeley hospital, Ames. Services will be conducted from Lilly's funeral home in Nevada, with short services in the Nevada cemetery at 2 p. m. Tuesday. The baby suffered from a spinal disorder from birth.

Rev. Theo. Yackel will have charge of the committal services.

The baby is survived by his parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James uigley, Nevada.
