EMMA LARSON

Funeral services will be held from the Memorial Lutheran church in Nevada Thursday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Harry Myklebust officiating for Mrs. Fred (Emma) Larson, 1311 K Avenue, who died Monday evening at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames. Death was attributed to a stroke. She was 82.

Born September 15, 1892 in Roland to Hans and Sara Hauskin. Mrs. Larson had been a resident of Nevada for the past 62 years. She was married to Fred K. Larson on December 18, 1912 in Roland and was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Nevada and also W.R.C.

She is survived by her husband; one son, Henry of Nevada; two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Margaret) Forseen of Radcliffe and Mrs. Glen (Myrtle) Hankins of Nevada; one sister, Mrs. Pete Larson of Nevada; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and six sisters.

Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ryan Funeral Home after noon Wednesday.
