MRS. C. S. THOMAS

Funeral services for Mrs. C. S. Thomas were held Sept. 6 at the Methodist church in Nevada. The Rev. James Dendler officiated. Burial was in the Nevada Cemetery.

Born in Churdan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Wherry, she died Sept 4 at her home in Nevada. Mrs. Thomas is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Ivadel Picht and Mrs. Evadne Chapman both of Des Moines, one brother, Lonnie Wherry of Des Moines, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
