Mrs. James C. Addison Dies on Tuesday

Mrs. James C. Addison, 34, formerly of 1631 Thirty-eighth st., Des Moines, died in an Ottumwa sanitarium Tuesday afternoon after an illness of six months.

Mrs. Addison, the former Mary Pierce, attended Drake university, where she was affiliated with Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and was graduated from Grinnell college at Grinnell. She formerly assisted in the office of Plymouth Congregational church in Des Moines.

The Rev. Stoddard Lane of that church will officiate at the funeral, in Dunn's Funeral home, the date of which has not been set.

Mr. and Mrs. Addison were married in September, 1941 the husband being the only son of Mrs. E. H. Addison of Nevada and well known in Nevada, Maxwll and other points in Story county.
