Mark Allen Scaggs
February 15, 1967 - March 20, 2013

Mark Allen Scaggs was born February 15, 1967 in San Jose, California to Robert and Carol (Smith) Scaggs. Mark was a member of the Buckeye volunteer fire department, he enjoyed hunting and camping with his daughter Sadie.

Mark passed away at his home on March 20, 2013 at 46 years of age.

Mark is survived by his parents and step father, John Phillips; daughter, Sadie Scaggs of Buckeye; and one sister, Jennifer (Oscar) Flores
