Mrs. Maude House, Story City, Died

Mrs. Maude House, 79, of Story City died today at 5 a. m. in the Story City Memorial Hospital. She entered the hospital May 11 after suffering a broken hip in a fall.

Mrs. House was born in Yankton, S. D., where she lived until 1928. She then moved to Marshalltonw for a few years before moving to Story City where she has lived for 14 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1933.

Surviving is her daughter, Mrs. (Lucille) Egenes and three granddaughters, all of Story City.

The funeral, in charge of the Larson Funeral Home in Story City, will be Saturday at 1 p. m. in the St. Petri Lutheran Church in Story City. The Rev. Harold T. Masted will perform the service. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown.
