MRS. MARY JOHNSON

Mrs. Mary Johnson, 77, long-time resident of Story City, died at the hospital Saturday.

Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at 2:00 at Immanuel Lutheran church, following prayer at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Andrew Ahnson, north of Story City. Burial in Center cemetery southwest of Story City.

Born in Denmark, she had lived in and around Story City and Gilbert for 54 years, the last 30 years of which had been in Story City.

She leaves he children, Mrs. C. M. Hare of Fort Dodge, Axel JOhnson of Keokuk, Mrs. Oscar Gibson of Gilbert, Mrs. Andrew Hanson of Story City, Will Johnson of Pleasantville. She also leaves two sisters in Denmark. Mr. Johnson had been dead for a number of years.
