Winfield Scott Rosenberger Jr.
December 25, 1928 - January 24, 2013

Winfield Scott Rosenberger, Jr. was born December 25, 1928 to Winfield Scott, Sr. and Irma Ione (Barker) Rosenberger in Iowa City, Iowa. He served in the United States Navy and worked as a baker. He was a longtime member of First Assembly of God Church in Ames, now Life Pointe Church. Winfield had a great love of animals, gardening, working in the yard and spending time with his wife, daughters and grandchildren.

Winfield passed away January 25, 2013 at 84 years of age.

Winfield is survived by his wife, Sue Ann Rosenberger of Ames; two daughters, Marie (Bradley) Wright of Knoxville and Marlys Cooper of Jacksonville, Florida; six grandchildren, Autumn Wright, Tyler Wright, Victoria Wright, Tom Banks, Vicki Fish and Shaun Johnson; and three great-grandchildren, Cody Bank, Ashley Bank, Jasmyn Johnson and Jeremy Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
