Paul Edward Frette, 70, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away July 6, 2011 at North Colorado Medical Center.
He was born December 18, 1940 in Story City to Arnold C. and Bernice T. (Nelson) Frette.
On November 29, 1976 he married Sandra Wiggs.
Paul was an over the road truck driver for 40 years, retiring in 2008 due to illness. He moved lighting and sound equipment for several well know artists such as Madonna, Prince, Kelly Clarkson, Eric Clapton, Bon Jovi, Willie Nelson, Tim McGraw, Kenney Chesney, and Elton Jon. Paul received an award for driving a million miles with no accidents.
Paul is survived by his wife, Sandra of Greeley; daughter, Veronica (Michael) Spreng of Nebraska; son, Alan of Iowa; grandsons, Jacob (Melissa) Bennett and Jeremiah (Miranda) Bennett, Levi Spreng all of Nebraska ; granddaughter, Jessicah (John) Weeks of Kentucky; four great grandsons; two great granddaughters; sisters, Sonja (Marlin Jorgensen) Frette and Kirsten Kenyon both of Iowa and Melanie (Rick) Rients of Oregon; and one brother, Russell (Becky) Wiggs of Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his son, Robert; parents; and brothers, Phillip, Mark, and John.
A Memorial Service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Adamson Chapel, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley.
