George Cunningham Maxwell Resident Died on Monday

Maxwell, April 23 -- George Cunningham, 74, resident of Maxwell for many years, passed away at the University hospital in Iowa City, Monday afternoon at 5:45, where he had been a patient since March 7.

Funeral services will be held from the Maxwell Church of Christ, Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. with the Rev. C. E. Lookingbill of Nevada officiating.

The deceased is survived by two sons, James of Kansas City, Kan., and Donald of Maxwell; two daughters, Mrs. Edra Viers of Marshalltown and Mrs. Elva Banks of Maxwell; two brothers, Joe of Council Bluffs and Ambrose of Stuart, Ia., and one sister, Mrs. Maggie Brouhard of Lakeside, Cal.

Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery in Collins by the side of his wife who passed away in 1920.

George Cunningham, 74, resident of Maxwell for many years, passed away at the University hospital in Iowa City, Monday, April 22. He had been a patient there since March 7.

Survivors are two sons, James of Kansas City, and Donald of Maxwell; two daughters, Mrs. Edra Viers of Marshalltown, and Mrs. Elva Banks, of Maxwell; two brothers and a sister.

Funeral services were held at the Maxwell Church of Christ on Thursday with Rev. C. E. Lookingbill of Nevada in charge.

Interment was in the Evergreen cemetery in Collins by the grave of his wife who died in 1920.

Funeral services for George Cunningham, 74, a resident of Maxwell for many years, who died at the University Hospital, Iowa City, where he had been a patient since Mar. 7, were held from the Maxwell Church of Christ Thursday, Apr. 25, with Rev. C. E. Lookingbill officiating.

The deceased is survived by two sons, James of Kansas City, Kan., and Donald of Maxwell; two daughters, Mrs. Edna Viers of Marshalltown and Mrs. Elva Banks of Maxwell; two brothers, Joe of Council Bluffs and Ambrose of Stuart; and a sister, Mrs. Maggie Brouhard, of Lakeside, Cal.
