W. F. Young accompanied by his son W. C. and daughter Carrie attended the funeral of Mrs. Young's father*, Mr. Coffin, at Montour Tuesday.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: George H. Coffin was Mrs. Young's brother-in-law not her father. "Mrs. Young" was Augusta (Maronda) Young, wife of William F. Young and daughter of William Maronda and Caroline Guntz. Augusta's sister, Joanna "Hannah" Maronda, married George H. Coffin on 15 April 1873 in Tama County, Iowa. According to WPA Records, George H. Coffin was born 14 December 1838 and died 9 January 1905 and was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, LeGrand, Marshall County, Iowa.
