COLO.

P. W. Hopkins died at his residence in Colo on Friday last at the age of 64 years. He has been ill for some time and the end has been expected for some time past. He was a native of Ireland coming to this country when a small boy and has made his home in Story county since 1855, the most of the time at Colo. He leaves a wife and family of grown up children. The funeral was held at the Catholic church in Colo on Monday last after which the remains were tender laid to rest in that cemetery.
