On Saturday last a party named A. Beatty ws killed at Ames while boarding a train the wheels running over the body dividing it in twain. He hailed from Marshalltown. The only strange thing about it is that there are no more accidents of the sort with so much of such riding as there is now in vogue. Better ride in proper shape and take no such chances.
