Eric Larson died at the home of his son, A. O. Severeient, Sunday. He has been a long and patient sufferer, having been blind sixteen years and a bed-ridden invalid for the last five years. Mr. Larson had reached the advanced age of 82 years, and has been a resident of this country since 1893. He was the father of six children, four of whom survive him, Mr. Severeide being the only one residing in Story City. The funeral services were held in the Immanuel church Wednesday by Rev. Heimarck. The remains were laid to rest in the Story City cemetery.
