From Story County Watchman April 8, 1904

The remains of Mrs. Louisa Haverly arrived from Denver Saturday and the funeral was held at the home of her son, C. E. Haverly, on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Mrs. Haverly was born in Albany county, New York, in 1818, being almost 87 years of age at her death. For a number of years shw had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. U. A. Shreve in Denver, when she died on March 30.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "C. E. Haverly" was Charles Edwin Haverly. "Mrs. U. A. Shreve" was Henrietta "Etta" Haverly, wife of William Arthur Shreeve, who lived in Denver, Colorado.
