Mrs. Lem Deal died late Monday afternoon at her home near Gilbert after a brief illness. Funeral services were conducted from the Congregational church at Gilbert yesterday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. Horace Herr of the Congregational church of Ames had charge of the services.
