From Story County Watchman June 13, 1902

On Wednesday of last week a young man by name of Oscar Beal arrived at the home of his uncle, Mr. Beal just out of town, and the first of the week died the remains yesterday being sent to his home at Freeport, Ill. He was seriously ill when he arrived but the sudden taking off was not anticipated.
