Mrs. Geo. W. Sowers died at her home in Ames yesterday noon at the age of some 60 years. She has been a residents of Story county for many years having lived in northwest Milford but recently moved to Ames where Mr. Sowers has been living for the past year. She leaves her husband and a family of grown up children to mourn her loss. We are not advised as to the date of the funeral. She will be greatly missed and her many friends sincerely regret to learn that the end has come at last.
