From Story County Watchman October 27, 1897

Mr. and Mrs. Hall, who resides near the Jones school house, were called to mourn the death of their ten month old son Sunday morning. The funeral was held at the home Monday at 10 a. m., and the body was laid away in the Ontario cemetery.
