Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Bates, living south west of Roland, are now mourning the death of their little daughter Stella, from blood poisoning, the little girl having died on Saturday last. It will be remembered that they lost a son a few months since which makes this a double bereavement. The sincere sympathy of the entire community is extended to them trusting the they may receive the consolation necessary to bear it with fortitude from on high to which all are compelled to go for assistance in time of direct need.
