Monday night Miss Grace Cooper, daughter of S. E. Cooper, died after an illness of several weeks. She had been in poor helath for quite a while and some two weeks ago she had something like a paralytic stroke and from that time on was very poorly. The funeral took place in the C. P. church on Wednesday forenoon, Rev. Rerguson conducting the service, assisted by other ministers of the town. Grace was a very bright and interesting girl, in her seventeenth year.
