Death has been quite busy in our town this week. On Monday afternoon Mrs. Charles Tomlinson died. She had been an invalid for quite a while and few weeks ago went to Des Moines for treatment, but gaining no benefit was brought home on Sabbath and at once began to sink, and on Monday afternoon she died. She was a good woman and will be bery much missed in this community. The funeral took place on Wednesday afernoon from the Christian church, and was conducted by the pastor, Elder Coons of Des Moines assisted by the ministers here. The remains were taken to the Peoria cemetery for interment.
