From Story County Watchman February 15, 1895

Mrs. C. D. Airhart* died Wednesday evening. She was twenty-five years of age. The remains were taken to Nevada for interment.--Boone Democrat.

The funeral services were held at the home of her sister Mrs. P. Ryan* by Rev. Shrader, and the remains cared for in the cemetery.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "C. D. Airhart" is Clinton David Airhart, Dora's second husband, having married William A. Cartwright previously. "Mrs. P. Ryan" is Ida Cory who married Patrick Ryan on February 1, 1878.
