Died.

At his residence in New Albany township, Story county, Iowa, Dec. 11th, 1876, Mr. Robert F. Jennings.

For over eight years his home has been in Story county, where his neighbors had learned to esteem and love him. At the age of 17 he made a profession of religion and united with the Presbyterian church in whose folds he died. The circle of frinds and citizens feel that in him they have lost a model of honesty and integrity, and of brilliant, intelligent, consistant christianity. His last request to his friends was "to meet him in heaven."

He was burried from the Methodist church in Colo, Dec. 12. Sermon by Rev. I. Reid of Nevada.
