JOSIE HEGLAND DIED SUNDAY

Word was received this morning of the death on Sunday morning at ther home in Roseau, Minn., of Mrs. Josie Hegland, daughter of E. F. Bell (Hans Hustler) of Roland and a sister of Mrs. Obed Sandven of this city.

Mrs. Hegland had been ill for a week or more with what at first was thought to be a severe cold but this later developed into complication, her heart failed her and her death was not wholly unexpected.

She is known both locally and in Roland which was her girlhood home and she leaves to mourn her death, her husband and four children.

When the news of her serious illness reached here and Roland on Saturday Mr. and Mrs. O. S. Boyd of the later place, Miss Bertha Jondall and Obed Sandven started for the Hegland home in Roseau but arrived too late to see the stricken woman alive.

A more extended obituary will be printed later this week.
