Mrs. Mary Vincent Smith, widow of the late Levi Smith of Milford township, died at ther home with her son Thomas V. Smith, in Parker, South Dakota last Sunday, and her remains have been brought here for burial beside kindred dust. Mrs. Smith was 81 years of age, having been born in Hamilton county, Ohio in 1829. She and her husband who died some eighteen years ago, were old time and worthy residents of Milford. During the past five years her home has been with her son Thomas as stated. The funeral services are held at the Adventist church in this city at 2 o'clock this afternoon and will be conducted by Rev. J. C. Clemens, pastor. Mrs. Smith had been for thirty years or more a faithful and honored member of this denomination.

Mr. Smith, who came on with his mother's remains, was accompanied by his wife and their son. They are guests here during their stay at the home of W. S. Smith who is a relative.
