G. H. Livinston, 72, Life-Time Resident Near Here Succumbs

A life-time resident of Story and Boone counties, Grafton Hill Livingston, 72, died Thursday morning at his home at 1425 Duff avenue, following a heart attack.

Livingston was born in Cambridge Oct. 6, 1864 and farmed in Story and Boone counties until 10 years ago when he moved here in retirement.

Surviving him are his wife and four sons, Fred, Otho and George of Burbank, Cal., and Paul of Ames; one daughter Martha of Des Moines; two brothers, Eugene of Orange, Cal., and Frank of Nevada; and three sisters, Mrs. E. E. Sheldahl of Des Moines, Martha and Mrs. Blanch Bartlett of Long Beach, Cal.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday frmo the Adams chapel, with the Rev. Walter Barlow of the Collegiate Presbyterian church in charge. Burial will be in the Ames cemetery.
