Mrs. Hagen Dies Monday

Mrs. Edith Hagen, 45, 207 East Second street, died Monday at 8:40 p.m. in Mary Greeley hospital where she had been a patient since the first of last November. She was ill with a heart ailment for several years.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in Adams chapel with Rev. Herbert Bryant of the Evangelical United Brethern church officiating. Burial will be in the Story County Memory Gardens cemetery.

Born in Illinois on Jan. 26, 1905, she was married to Martin Hagen on Nov. 3, 1927 at Nashua, Ia. They moved to Ames in 1932. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Marvin and Harold; a daughter, Marilyn, all of Ames; her mother, Mrs. Ella Lock; a sister, Mrs. Ethlyn Stahlman, and three brothers, Ray, William and Cassell Lock, all of Nevada.
