Clarence G. Wax, Maxwell, Is Dead

Clarence G. Wax, 87, of Maxwell died at his home Monday.

A retired farmer, he had lived in Story County for more than 50 years.

Survivors include two sons, Reece and Henry, both of Maxwell; two daughter, Mrs. Harold Bloomberg, Ames and Mrs. Romayne Holstead of Hubbard; 13 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Cooper Funeral Home. The Rev. Randall Sims, pastor of the Christian Church, will officiate. Burial is to be in the Nevada Cemetery.
