THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Wednesday, September 23, 2009.

Edward Arends, 81, of Ackley, died Tuesday, September 22, 2009, at the Franklin General Hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at the Ackley United Methodist Church in Ackley. Burial will be at the Oakwood Cemetery in Ackley.

Visitation will be one hour before services Thursday at the church.

The Linn’s Funeral Homes Ackley Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.
