Sean Killeran, 55 of Overland Park, Kansas, husband of Sharon Mackey, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009 in Overland Park. Private family services were held in Overland Park.

Born Jan. 16, 1954 in Boston, Massachusetts he was employed by a Kansas construction company dealing in Natural Gas pipeline installation. He also had instructed the Indians of Arizona in the operation of laser equipment for checking pipelines.

On trips to visit his in-laws in Iowa he always made a point to see the Mackey Wildlife Preserve, enjoying nature and all the animals in the preserve.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon, of Overland Park; one son, David, age 12, also of Overland Park; two sisters; and his father-in-law, Glen
