THE NEVADA JOURNAL, Nevada, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, May 28, 2009.

COLLINS - Beverly Patterson, 71, formerly of Collins, Iowa, died November 10, 2008 in Mesa, Arizona. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada, Iowa. Inurnment will be in the Collins Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the East Valley Hospice of Arizona.

Bev was born July 28, 1937 in Colo, Iowa. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, square dancing and dining with friends.

Bev is survived by her husband, Larry; and four sons: Ronald Patterson, Cliff Patterson, Marvin (Mary) Patterson, Larry Dean (Dawn Renee) Patterson; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
