Barbara Antionette Bartlett, 72, of the 2300 block of Glenbrook Drive died of cancer Friday at Kavanagh House on Grand Avenue in West Des Moines. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral home. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Nevada Municipal Cemetery in Nevada.

Mrs. Bartlett was born in Chicago, Ill., and had lived in Nevada before moving to Des Moines several years ago. She retired as a supervisor at the student center at Grand View College and was a member of Luther Memorial Church and Danish Sisterhood.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Junior; two daughters, Jody Hild of West Des Moines and Terry Johnson of Ankeny; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church or Kavanagh House on Grand Avenue in West Des Moines.
