TWO STORY CITY WOMEN ARE DEAD

Mrs. Olson Services Wednesday

STORY CITY—Two aged Story City women, both long time residents of that city, died over weekend after suffering long illnesses.

Mrs. Sam Kristensen, 75, died at 3:30 a. m., Monday from effects of a stroke suffered three years ago. She had been bedfast since March.

She was born in Norway Aug. 8, 1860 and resided in Story City for the past 20 years.

Surviving her are two children, Mrs. Ella Routh of Randall and Mrs. Helen Kaske of Evanston, Ill.; also a sister in Norway. Her husband died five years ago.

Funeral services will be held Thursday but the time and place had not been chosen early Monday.

Mrs. Kristensen Funeral Thursday

STORY CITY—Funeral services, for Mrs. Sam Kristensen, 75, who died at her home early Monday morning, will be held Thursday at 2 p. m. in Bethel Lutheran church. The Rev. G. O. Paulsrud will conduct the service.

Mrs. Kristenfen suffered a stroke three years ago and had been confined to her bed since March.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ella Routh of Randell and Mrs. Helen Kaske of Evanston, Ill., and by a sister living in Norway.
