THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, April 3, 2009.

Arthur R. “Bud” Ahrens, 97, died peacefully Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at Crestview Senior Living in Webster City. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 6, at the United Methodist Church in Ellsworth. Burial will follow at Homewood Cemetery in Ellsworth.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 5, at Becker Funeral Home in Jewell.

Memorials may be given to the Youth Fund at the Ellsworth United Methodist Church.
