Rodney Paul Bergman, 51, of Radcliffe, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, at his home. A private family viewing will at Boeke Funeral Home in Hubbard. His body then will be cremated.

Rodney Paul Bergman, 51, of Radcliffe, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, at his home.

A private family viewing was held at the Boeke Funeral Home in Hubbard. His body will be cremated.

Rodney Paul Bergman was born July 28, 1957, in Webster City. He was the son of Robert and Phyllis (Pearson) Bergman.

He received his education by attending school in Stratford.

He worked for 32 years at Sauer-Danfoss in Ames. Most recently, he was employed as a CNC machinist in Buffalo, Minn.

In 2006, he was married to Juanita (Bowman) Bergman.

He is survived by his wife Juanita Bergman, of Muscatine; two daughters Kathryn Bergman, of Greensboro, N.C., and Sheila Bergman, of Ames; three step-children Terry Wulf, of Pleasantville, Jennifer and Michael Wulf, of Liberty, Ind.; 10 step-grandchildren; his mother Phyllis Bergman, of Rolling Green Village in Nevada; one sister, Candis Gardner, of Maxwell; along with other relatives and friends.

Rodney was preceded in death by his father and two half-bothers Frank and Skip Baysinger.
