Clara M. Hawkins Of Near Coffins Dies On Wedn.

COLLINS—Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Mae Hawkins, 51 years old, who died at her home six miles southeast of here Christmas night, will be held Sunday afternoon at the Christian church here. The Rev. Mr. Robinson, formerly at Loring, southwest of Maxwell, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery here.

Mrs. Hawkins had been in poor health for two or three years and had been seriously ill for the past week.

Born at Maxwell January 16, 1884, Clara Mae Link was married to Oliver H. Hawkins January 24, 1907. Since their marriage the couple had lived on their farm southeast of here. Mrs. Hawkins was active in the Harsh community southeast of here but attended the Christian church here.

Mrs. Hawkins is survived by her husband, seven brothers, George, Will, John, Mart and Leonard Link of Maxwell, Bert Link of Collins and Charles Link of Climbing Hill, Ia., and three sisters, Mrs. Anne Cairns of Maxwell, Mrs. Katherine Miller of Des Moines and Mrs. Ola Witmer of Maxwell.
