Roland Man Is Found Dead at His Home Fri.
ROLAND — Andrew Rasmusson, ___Roland carpenter, was found ____ at his home here about 6:30 ___ Friday, apparently the victim of a heart attack. A physician called to the home by John Rasmusson, who found his brother dead, said death probably occured about 10:30 p. m. Thursday.
A member of a pioneer family, Mr. Rasmusson was born in Roland and resided here all of his life. He and the brother, John, neither of whom had ever married, lived together. Besides the brother, he is survived by a sister, Mrs. J. R. Grindem of Roland, two other brothers, Severt and Rasmus of Roland, and a fourth brother, B. M. Rasmusson of Story City. Mrs. Elmer Hoversten of Ames is a niece.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Monday from Bergen Lutheran church following short rites at the home at 1:30. The Rev. M. O. Sumstad will be in charge. Burial will be in the Roland Cemetery.
