Jean Evelyn (Hostetler) Dadisman, 86, of Grants Pass, Ore., and formerly of Nevada, died Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008, at Highland House Nursing and Rehab Home in Grants Pass, Ore. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, at First United Methodist Church in Nevada, with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. A luncheon will be served immediately following the service and burial of the cremains will be in Colo Cemetery.
Jean was born Jan. 11, 1922, to Mollie and Charles Hostetler. She was a graduate of Colo High School. She was employed at Donnelley Marketing in Nevada for 42 years. She married Claude Dadisman June 30, 2000, at First United Methodist Church in Nevada, where she was a member. She was an avid reader and looked forward to a daily car ride.
She is survived by her husband, Claude, of Grants Pass, Ore.; cousins, Dean and Larry Hostetler, Karen Wagner, Linda Erickson and Connie Hand.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church in Nevada.
Chet Ryan Mortuary and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
