Mary Jane Lough, 96 of Nevada died on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at Story County Long Term Care. Graveside memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 18 at the Nevada Municipal Cemetery with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Burial of the cremains of her sister Betty will be held at the same time.

Jane was born on January 18, 1912 in Nevada to Samuel Guy and Ella Mae (Brooks) Lough. She was a 1930 graduate of Nevada High School. Jane was employed as a cashier at the Nevada National Bank. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Nevada, Beta Sigma Phi, and Iowa Bankers Association. Jane enjoyed shopping for antiques and collectibles.

Jane is survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, and her sister Betty on February 26, 2008.

Memorials may be directed to Story County Long Term Care in Nevada.
