MRS. MARTHA STORING FUNERAL HELD SUNDAY

SLATER, Jan. 2, - Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Storing, 88, of Sherman, S. D., were held at the Oley Storing home at one o'clock and at the Bethlehem church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The Rev. E. R. Rorem of Slater and the Rev. A. J. Evenson of Sherman, S. D., were in charge. Burial was in the Bethlehem cemetery.

Mrs. Storing was born in Norway but moved to LaCrosse, Wis., at the age of 28. Sixty years ago Mr. and Mrs. Storing moved to a farm near Slater. Upon the death of her husband 11 years ago, Mrs. Storing went to South Dakota to live with her daughter.

A son and a daughter survive, They are Oley Storing of Slater, and Mrs. Bertha Evenson of Sherman, S. D.
