THE AMES TRIBUNE, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, August 7, 2008.

Herbert "Herb" Bishop, 72, of rural Boone, died Saturday, July 26, at Boone County Hospital. His body has been cremated and a memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Schroeder Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall streets in Boone. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date. Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m., at which time the family will be present, Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the funeral chapel.

Memorials may be given to Homeward Hospice of Ames.
