Johnny L. Andrew, 66, of Collins died of cancer Tuesday at Kavanagh House on Grand in West Des Moines. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ashton Chapel Church. The body will be cremated.

Mr. Andrew was born in Blythedale, Mo., and moved to Collins 18 years ago from Newton. He was a mechanical supervisor with Dun & Bradstreet Corp.

Among survivors are his wife, Alice, a daughter, Cindy Cody of Spencer; two stepdaughters, Stacy Killinger of Newton and Cindy George of Ankeny; three sons, Johnny D. of Ridgeway, Mo., Ronnie of Eldora and Tom of St. Joseph, mo.; a stepson, Mike Milligan of Mingo; three sisters, Karen Boger of Ridgeway, Mo., Bonnie Hamilton of Mound City, Mo., and Lucetta Chapman of Kansas City, Kan.; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kavanagh House on Grand.
