THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Sunday, March 9, 2008.

May 3, 1991-March 3, 2008

Andrew James Peck, 16, of The Colony, Texas, died Monday, March 3. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Ogden, with Pastor Gordon Lundberg officiating. Burial will be in the Lincoln Township Cemetery in Zearing.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 10, and one hour prior to the funeral service Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Ogden.

Andrew James Peck was born May 3, 1991, in Carrollton, Texas, to Gerald and Ruth Peck. He was a member of The Colony High School varsity tennis team and a past member of TCHS Orchestra.

He is survived by his parents; his grandparents, Merlyn and Doris Winterfeld, of Ogden, and Donald Peck, of Zearing; uncles and aunts, Gary Winterfeld, of Ogden, Sharon Peck, of Pensacola, Fla., Steve and Patricia Peck, of Stevensville, Mont., Larry Peck, of Nevada, Barbara and Jim Rasmusson, of Nevada, Mike Peck, of Oklahoma City, Okla., Jennifer Horovitz, of Laguna, Calif., and Cindy and Devin Duit, of Nevada; and 17 cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Arlene Peck, and an uncle, Russell Peck.

Memorials may be made in Andrew's name to The Colony High School tennis scholarship fund in care of Wells Fargo Bank in The Colony, Texas.

Fredregill Funeral Home in Zearing is handling the funeral arrangements.
