Diana Lynn Rasmusson, 53, of Roland died Sept. 8, 2007 at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Funeral services will be Friday, Sept. 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Campus Baptist Church in Ames.Burial will follow in the Roland Cemetery.

Diana was born Nov. 11, 1953 in Streator, Illinois to Robert and Donna (Metcalf) Crouch. She married Craig Rasmusson on July 28, 1973. She worked as an RN at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames for 19 years and as a First Nurse for 10 years. She was a member of Campus Baptist Church and enjoyed knitting, cross-stitching and playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Craig of Roland; a son, Justin of Roland; two daughters, Jessica (Paul) Oakland of Story City and Jill (Matt) Read of Ames; three grandchildren, Lori, Juli, and Jacob; her father, Robert Crouch of Roland; three brothers, Robert, Jr. (Norma) Crouch of Clio, South Carolina, Jim (Cindy) Crouch of Ankeny, Iowa and Tim (Amy) Crouch of Story City; and a sister, Pamela (Don) Henderson of Zearing, Iowa.

Diana was preceded in death by her mother; a sister, Sarah Crouch; and a brother, Richard Crouch.

Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 13 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Campus Baptist Church in Ames. A memorial has been established in her name.
