Naomi Grace Oliver-Hall, 47, died May 22, 2006 after a valiant fight with cancer. Her body has been cremated and a memorial service was held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26th at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Story City.
Naomi was born March 2, 1959 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She lived most of her life in central Iowa, including the towns of Stanhope, Ellsworth, and most recently, Boone.
She worked in the health care field as a respiratory therapist and home health care provider.
Naomi was an accomplished musician and singer. She had a passion for life and showed tremendous courage during her long battle with cancer. She--was an avid collector and raised purebred puppies in her spare time.
Naomi is survived by her father, Pastor Enoch Hall of Story City; her fiance, Arlen Hall of Boone; her son, Jeff Oliver of Story City; her brothers, Nathan Hall of Story City and Dan Hall of San Diego, California; and her sister, Miriam Ubben of Cedar Rapids. Iowa.
Naomi was preceded in death by her mother, Grace Hall.
Naomi was greatly loved and will be missed by her friends and family. She is now at peace in the care of her great Lord.
