Romilda E. "Ro" Jellinger, 81, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Wednesday, May 2, at Highlands Health Care in Bella Vista. A Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, One St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, Ark. Burial will be in Bella Vista Cemetery.

Romilda E. "Ro" Jellinger was born Jan. 2, 1926, in Ft. Thomas, Ky., to Frank X. Bertsch and Anna C. Simon Bertsch. She was a member of the St. Bernard's Women's Club, a graduate of LaSalette Academy and an avid bowler and golfer.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Jellinger, of Bella Vista; one son, Richard T. Jellinger and wife, Peg; two daughters, Susan M. Jellinger and Nancy Jellinger Graeve and husband, Mike; two brothers, Paul Bertsch and Ronald Bertsch, both of Southgate, Ky.; four sisters, Rose Hall, of Lexington, Ky., Anne Kendall, of Alexandria, Ky., Lillian Bruegge, of Highland Heights, Ky., and Joan Jones, of Florence, Ky.; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Bernard Catholic Church, One St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72715.
