Barbara Churchill
Barbara Churchill, 66, died Sunday, Nov. 19, at Wesley Acres in Des Moines from complications of multiple sclerosis. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.

Barbara Churchill was born in Story City and had lived in Urbandale since 1973. She graduated from McCallsburg High School and from the NW Institute of Medical Technology in St. Paul, Minn. She was a laboratory technician at Methodist Hospital and was an active member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Dwight; one son, Kevin (Liz), of Runnells; one daughter, Jill (Todd) Stilwell, of West Des Moines; five grandchildren, Andy, Beau, Cody, James and Kya; two sisters, Anita (Steve) Hanson, of Ames, and Joan (Carl) Abegg, of Terre Haute, Ind.; one brother, David Fincham, of Ames; and her mother, Ardis Fincham, of Ames.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Fincham.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at McLaren's Chapel, 801 19th St., in West Des Moines.
