Patricia Ann Weber, 73, died Sunday, Oct. 15, at CLC nursing home in Altoona. A private burial of the cremated remains will take place at a later date. A celebration of her life will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at Maxwell Community Center, at 84 Main St., Maxwell.

Patricia was born June 15, 1933, in Maxwell to Carl Beard Sr. and Alice (Kitchen) Beard. She graduated from Maxwell High School in 1951. She was employed by Equitable of Iowa for 41 years. She married Verl M. Weber May 15, 1981.

She is survived by her husband; two sisters, Shirley Smith, of Nevada, and Paulette Eidsmoe, of Chandler, Ariz.; two brothers, Carl Beard Jr., of Denton, Texas, and Chuck Beard, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Joyce Smith; one brother-in-law, Richard Smith; and one niece, Pamela Smith.

Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens is in charge of arrangements.
