GOLDSBERY, CHARLES A. (abt 1854 -1884)

THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, February 28, 1884, page 1, column 4. “Died – February 24, at Denver, Col., Chas. A. Goldsbery. The deceased went to Colorado a few weeks ago, with hopes of recovering his health, but a few days after arriving at Denver he took cold since which time he failed rapidly until Monday night when hemorrhage of the lungs set in, causing his death. He leaves a wife and two children to mourn his loss.”

THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, March 6, 1884, page 1, column 2. “The funeral ceremonies of C. A. Goldsbery at the M. E. Church Saturday, were conducted by the I. O. O. F. Rev. Conrad delivered a short address after which the remains were interred in the Town …”
